The Galaxy S 2 hasn't been kept much of a secret, but now T-Mobile has officially announced the Galaxy S 4G, coming this month to US customers. The specs and features as listed:
- 4 inch S-AMOLED display
- Android 2.2
- Samsung 1GHz Cortex A8 Hummingbird CPU
- ST-Ericsson M5720 HSPA+ 4G modem (up to 21 Mbps)
- 5 MP rear camera with 720p recording
- preinstalled 16GB microSD memory card
- 1650 mAh lithium ion battery
The Galaxy S 4G is scheduled to hit the store shelves this February, and you can visit http://galaxy-s.t-mobile.com/4G for more information. Additionally, T-Mobile has this to say about their 4G expansion:
Beginning today, T-Mobile’s network will also be delivering 4G speeds to Albany, Augusta, Columbus and Macon, Ga., and Chattanooga, Tenn., in the South region as well as in Champaign, Ill.; Lansing, Mich.; and Rochester, Minn., in the Midwest.
