Smarter Agent, a company that creates a software to help real estate agents go mobile, has raised $6 million in new funding, bringing the company's total funding $18 million. Smarter Agent offers a mobile Platform as a Service (PaaS) that allows real estate agents to create mobile apps for the iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Palm, and Windows 7 platforms. Smarter Agent builds an arsenal of mobile applications and tools for real estate agents to have their own custom branded mobile apps.
